Nilachal Carbo Metalicks was incorporated in 2003 and is engaged in the manufacturing of Low Ash Metallurgical (LAM) Coke, catering primarily to leading ferro chrome manufacturers in India. The company operates an owned plant at Baramana, Jajpur, Odisha with an installed capacity of 60,000 MTPA and a leased plant at Visakhapatnam with 18,000 MTPA capacity. To strengthen its production capabilities, Nilachal Carbo Metalicks is undertaking an expansion of 34,400 MTPA at its existing owned facility in Odisha, utilizing the available vacant land for capacity enhancement.
