Business Overview
Premier Industria operates in both powders and wires segments of the welding consumables industry and is among the few players with presence across these categories (Source: CRISIL Report). Its portfolio includes ferro alloy, metal, chemical and mineral powders, as well as low and non-alloy, stainless steel and nickel-based alloy wires. As per the CRISIL Report, the Company offers one of the widest ranges of metal, ferro alloy, chemical and mineral-based powders among its peers. In Fiscal 2025, it contributed approximately 8% (~4.9 KTPA) of domestic demand for metal and ferro alloy powders in the welding raw material and consumables industry. Its products are integral to sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding and heavy engineering.
