Business Overview
Yashhtej Industries, headquartered in Latur, Maharashtra, is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and processing of soybean crude oil through the solvent extraction process, along with the production of soybean de-oiled cake (DOC). The crude oil produced by the Company requires further refining before being suitable for human consumption and is supplied to customers operating in the edible oil refining segment, positioning the Company within the B2B market. DOC, a protein-rich by-product, serves as a key input for animal feed, particularly in the poultry industry, thereby contributing a significant secondary revenue stream. In addition, Yashhtej Industries is developing a 5 MW solar power project under the PM-KUSUM scheme, which is expected to commence revenue generation in FY 2026–27, enabling the Company to expand its presence into the B2G segment.
