Key Risk Factors
The company derives 86.73%, 80.78%, 84.77% and 73.34% of revenue from its top ten customers (Jun-26 period, FY26, FY25, FY24); losing any key customer could materially hurt results.
Manufacturing of welding rods, gouging electrodes and metal cored wire depends on steady raw material supply and strict process and quality controls; any lapse could adversely affect operations.
Purchases are concentrated, with the top ten suppliers accounting for 90.82%, 92.43%, 94.26% and 87.15% of total purchases; any disruption in supplier relationships could hurt the business.
100% of revenue from operations comes from customers in the forging industry; any downturn in that industry or reduced demand from these customers would adversely affect the company.
The company runs one manufacturing facility and three service units across four Indian locations; disruption at these facilities or in their regions could materially affect operations.
Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu together contributed 85.08%, 82.33%, 86.20% and 80.33% of revenue (Jun-26 period, FY26, FY25, FY24); adverse developments there could hurt results.
Operations depend on the Bamanbore manufacturing facility and the Pune, Hosur and Ludhiana service units; any shutdown, slowdown or disruption could affect business and cash flows.
The company must obtain and renew statutory and regulatory licences, permits and approvals; failure to maintain them could have a material adverse effect on its business.
Discrepancies, errors and delayed filings have been noticed in some corporate records and forms filed with the RoC under the Companies Act, 2013; any penalty could impact the company's finances.
Restated financials were prepared by peer-reviewed auditors SN Thanvi & Associates, who are not the statutory auditors (M N C A & Associates), which could pose a risk to their reliability.
