Cotec Healthcare Limited is a CDMO engaged in formulation, loan licensing and commercial manufacturing of off-patent pharmaceutical products, including complex generics. It is the second-largest CDMO in India by number of dosage forms, with capabilities across 24 distinct formulation types. Its product portfolio covers injectables, tablets, capsules, ointments, eye drops, ampoules, vials, liquid and dry syrups, and infusions. The manufacturing facility spans over 21,871 sq. metres in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, housing three dedicated units with an installed capacity of 4,051.38 million units as of March 31, 2025, compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The company serves institutional and private customers including Mankind Pharma Limited and Zydus Healthcare Limited.
