Eldorado Agritech Limited IPO DRHP
Eldorado Agritech is an integrated agro-sciences enterprise offering comprehensive “seed to harvest” solutions to farmers and agri-business customers. It is engaged in research and development, production, processing, marketing and distribution of seeds, covering a wide range of hybrid and open-pollinated varieties. The Company also manufactures, markets and distributes bio-stimulants, agrochemicals and speciality fertilizers focused on improving crop yield, crop protection and plant nutrition efficiency. As per the F&S Report, it was among the most diversified agro-sciences companies in India during Fiscals 2023 to 2025, with strong presence across seeds and crop care products. As of June 30, 2025, its portfolio comprised 226 hybrid and OPV seed varieties across 47 crops, along with 26 bio-stimulants, 101 agrochemical products and 19 speciality fertilizer products.
