Pride Hotels owns and operates a pan-India network of 34 hotels and resorts comprising 2,723 rooms. Its portfolio includes seven owned properties with 1,136 rooms and 27 managed properties with 1,587 rooms. The group commenced operations in 1987 with its first hotel in Pune and has since expanded through acquisitions and developments across key cities such as Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Nagpur and Bengaluru. In 2008, Pride Hotels adopted an asset-light growth strategy by entering into management contracts. Its operations are organized under four sub-brands: Pride Plaza in the upscale segment, Pride Premier in the upper-midscale segment, and Pride Elite and Biznotel by Pride in the midscale segment. The hotels are strategically located across business, leisure and pilgrimage destinations, catering to a diverse mix of domestic and inbound travelers through owned, leased and managed arrangements.
