Business Overview

Quadrant Future Tek operates through two primary divisions first being Specialty Cables Division wherein specializes in manufacturing high-performance cables for industrial and specialized applications. During the HY ending Sep 30, 2024, this division contributed 94.15% of the Co's total revenue. Train Signaling Division: The Co. operates a dedicated Railway Signaling & Embedded System Design Centre. The company is actively engaged in the development of Train Collision Avoidance Systems and Electronic Interlocking Systems under KAVACH. On December 12, 2024, the co. received a purchase order from CLW for On-board KAVACH equipment across 1,200 locomotives (Contract value of ₹9,786.06 million).
