Rotomag Enertec is a design-focused manufacturer and supplier of industrial drive and solar energy solutions, catering to a wide range of applications across multiple industries. The Company’s industrial drive portfolio includes direct current motors, permanent magnet DC motors, brushless DC motors, alternating current (asynchronous) motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, gearboxes and gearmotors, along with drivetrains and railway products. In addition, Rotomag Enertec offers solar products such as solar pumps, integrated solar pumping systems, inverters and energy storage solutions. As of the date of the DRHP, the Company operates 6 manufacturing facilities in India.
