Rotomag Enertec is a design-focused manufacturer and supplier of industrial drive and solar energy solutions, catering to a wide range of applications across multiple industries. The Company’s industrial drive portfolio includes direct current motors, permanent magnet DC motors, brushless DC motors, alternating current (asynchronous) motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, gearboxes and gearmotors, along with drivetrains and railway products. In addition, Rotomag Enertec offers solar products such as solar pumps, integrated solar pumping systems, inverters and energy storage solutions. As of the date of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, the Company operates six manufacturing facilities in India, with a strong emphasis on concept design, precision assembly and rigorous finished product testing, enabling it to deliver reliable, efficient and application-specific solutions to its customers.
