There are outstanding legal proceedings involving the company, its directors and promoters, including tax and criminal matters, which could impact cash flows and profitability.
The company is subject to strict quality requirements and customer inspections by Indian Railways; failure to meet standards may cause rework, replacement and reputational harm.
The company depends on a limited number of suppliers for raw materials, with top 10 suppliers accounting for 76.95% of FY2026 purchases; supply interruptions could impact operations.
The company's business depends on accurately carrying out pre-bidding studies for potential contracts; deviations during execution versus pre-bid estimates could hurt cash flows.
