Business Overview
Eventions Limited operates in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and Event Management segment, planning, coordinating and executing corporate events and conferences for corporate clients across India and internationally. The Company follows an asset-light execution model, coordinating with hospitality providers, destination management companies, logistics partners and event production vendors. During FY24-FY26, it executed 107 high-value events (ticket size INR 50 lakh+) across domestic and international locations spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, serving over 50 corporate clients. Its MICE segment contributed 91.29% of FY26 revenue. The Company also offers Free Independent Travel services through its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited, and brand activation services.

The Company's revenue is concentrated among a few repeat customers; its top 10 customers accounted for 84.59% of FY26 revenue, and any loss of such customers could hurt profitability.
The Company's PAT margin rose sharply to 7.67% in FY26 from 3.77% in FY24, driven by a favourable event mix; this improved profitability may not be sustainable in future periods.
The Company intends to invest ~INR 140 lakh of Net Proceeds in its subsidiary Gantu Online Private Limited, which is at an early stage with limited operating history in the travel/FIT business.
A promoter group entity, Eventions (a proprietorship of promoter Mr. Cristoo Arora), operates in a similar line of business, creating a potential conflict of interest despite a non-compete agreement.
