Business Overview
Eldeco is an established real estate developer in North India with a strong presence in the Delhi-NCR region and tier II and tier III cities, having completed and undertaken projects across more than 20 cities in India since 2000 (Source: C&W Report). With a legacy of over 25 years, the Company has delivered residential townships, low-rise apartments and group housing projects aggregating to over 50 million square feet across 86 projects as of March 31, 2025. As on the same date, Eldeco had 19 ongoing projects with a saleable area of 7.24 million square feet and 18 forthcoming projects with a saleable area of 7.37 million square feet across 14 cities. The Company has also forayed into commercial real estate development and has established a footprint in Delhi through landmark developments such as Eldeco Centre, a Grade A office and retail hub.
