Fusion is a customer experience (CX) service provider delivering high-end, complex and integrated CX solutions across multiple channels, including voice, email, chat, social media and messaging, in a cost-effective manner with technology at the core of its service delivery model (Source: Everest Report). With a strong human-and-technology philosophy, Fusion CX combines deep domain expertise with a suite of proprietary AI-driven tools to enable intelligent, multilingual and omnichannel customer engagement at scale. It focuses on key industry verticals such as telecom and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech and technology, BFSI, and retail, where it has built strong domain specialisation.

  1. Repayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the (i) Company; (ii) certain Subsidiaries
  2. Investment in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Inc. & Omind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for IT tool upgrades (Arya and MindVoice)
