Business Overview
KRM Ayurveda, established in 2019, operates an integrated network of Ayurveda-based hospitals and clinics across multiple cities in India while also serving patients internationally through telemedicine consultation and sales channels. The Company currently manages six hospitals and five clinics at strategic locations. Although it initially commenced operations as a specialized kidney care hospital, it has gradually broadened its medical scope to provide holistic treatment for multiple health conditions, including liver cirrhosis, diabetes, fatty liver, and arthritis, among others. Over time, KRM Ayurveda has strengthened its global outreach through digital healthcare services, enabling wider patient access beyond India. In addition to clinical services, the Company is actively engaged in the trading of Ayurvedic medicines, therapeutic oils, and nutritional supplements, reinforcing its commitment to traditional, preventive, and wellness-oriented healthcare solutions.
