Business Overview

Prestige Hospitality is a hospitality asset owner and developer focused on luxury, upper upscale, and upper midscale properties catering to both business and leisure travelers across India. As of December 31, 2024, its portfolio comprises seven operating assets with 1,445 keys, including one under renovation, along with three ongoing projects and nine upcoming hospitality assets adding over 2,500 keys. Partnering with globally renowned brands such as Marriott International, Conrad by Hilton, and Angsana Resorts & Spa, the company is expanding its presence across India’s fast-growing premium hospitality segment.
