Business Overview
Sael Industries is a vertically integrated renewable energy independent power producer in India with capabilities across solar module manufacturing, engineering, procurement and construction, and operations and maintenance of power projects. As of September 30, 2025, the Company had a total contracted and awarded capacity of 5,765.70 MW, comprising solar and agri waste-to-energy projects, along with 3,625 MW of advanced TopCon solar module manufacturing capacity. It generates revenue by supplying power to central and state government utilities as well as private industrial customers. Leveraging its integrated model, Sael Industries delivers end-to-end renewable energy solutions across the power value chain.
