Shivalaya Construction Limited IPO

Shivalaya is an integrated infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player with a primary focus on roads, highways and bridges. As of July 31, 2025, it had executed 41 infrastructure projects across 19 states and union territories in India. The Company undertakes projects under both EPC and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) frameworks. Under the EPC segment, it provides end-to-end services for the construction of highways, bridges, buildings and other civil infrastructure, including water works. Under the HAM segment, it focuses on the development of road and highway projects, combining construction capabilities with long-term operational responsibilities.
