The company offers a comprehensive suite of secured lending products including housing loans, loans against property and others, with an average ticket size of ₹2.13 million as of December 31, 2025. Its target customer segment is primarily creditworthy self-employed customers. The company caters to them through a well-diversified pan-India distribution network across Metropolitan and Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities, supported by technology-enabled operations and a commitment to customer service. As of December 31, 2025, it operated 216 branches across 19 States and Union territories with an AUM of ₹211,243.27 million.
