Business Overview

The company was incorporated as Logiciel Solutions Private Limited on July 14, 2011, in Ludhiana, Punjab, under the Companies Act, 1956. It was later converted into a public limited company following a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 14, 2024. Subsequently, its name was changed to Logiciel Solutions Limited, as reflected in the fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 31, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The company’s registered office is located at H. No. 9-A, Main Road, Sunder Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab-141007, India.
