Business Overview
Sihora Industries Limited was incorporated on August 10, 2023 as a private limited company and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on July 17, 2024. The Company was established by its promoters to take over the business of “Sihora Narrow Fabrics.” Based in Surat, Gujarat, it is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of narrow woven fabrics and industrial textiles such as laces, tapes, elastics, zippers and ribbons. Its manufacturing facility operates on promoter-owned infrastructure and is equipped with modern machinery. The Company also plans to enhance automation and operational efficiency through ongoing capacity and technology upgrades.
