Basil Buildcon Private Limited, promoted by Keyur Patel, developed the "Valencia Club Abu" resort at Foot Abu Road, Sirohi, Rajasthan, offering a scenic retreat with accommodations, restaurants, spa, kids’ club, and recreational activities. In 2017, the club was leased to the issuer company. Valencia India Limited (formerly Valencia Country Club Private Limited) was responsible for its operation and maintenance. The leased premises include the main club building, admin office, multi-purpose hall, restaurant, kitchen, swimming pool, spa, gym, banquet area, six residential rooms, and a party lounge.
