Elevate Campuses owns, operates and manages on-campus student accommodation across higher education institutions (HEIs) and also owns K–12 assets. As per the CBRE Report, as of August 31, 2025, the Company has a total capacity to accommodate 94,758 students across 21 cities. It partners with HEIs and K–12 school operators to provide quality learning environments that support student wellbeing, holistic development and academic success. Its student housing operations are conducted under the “Good Host Spaces” and “ScholarZ” brands. Through its integrated infrastructure and management capabilities, Elevate Campuses aims to build inclusive educational communities by delivering modern accommodation and K–12 assets that foster all-round student growth.
