Horizon Industrial Parks Limited is India's largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator by Total Network, according to the JLL Report. As of the DRHP date, its pan-India network comprises 45 assets across 10 cities, totalling 58.01 million square feet of Grade A+ industrial facilities, fulfillment centers, and in-city logistics centers. Backed by Blackstone-affiliated promoters, the Company has built this scale in just over five years through strategic acquisitions, greenfield developments, and targeted redevelopments. It serves 107 customers including Fortune 500 companies, with committed occupancy of approximately 92% as of June 2025.
